Aschoff Construction Inc.
Aschoff Construction Inc, founded by Owner/President Walter Aschoff, started in 1994 as a concrete and steel building erection subcontractor. Located on the southern outskirts of Osmond, Nebraska along Highway 121, our facilities consist of a Business Office, Equipment Garage and Shop. During 1998 steps were taken to become a General Contractor. In 2006 Aschoff Construction Inc increased Management support staff to handle growth created by increased business and sales. Through this process of development we have grown into a firm that employs 25 - 30 full time employees year round and flexing up to 35 - 40 employees during the summer.
